Returns at MECShop

At MECshop.nl you can return or exchange an item within 14 days.

If the products you order do not meet your expectations, you can make use of the 14-day trial period to return or exchange the product without stating your reasons. The 14 days start the day after receiving the product from mecshop.nl.

However, the trial period does not apply to all products and services that you can purchase in our store live or online. The exceptions are items assembled especially for you, design services or products ordered especially for you. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning. The costs for the return are for your own account, unstamped return shipments are not accepted.

In order to provide clarity to mecshop.nl customer service, please accompany your return shipment with a copy of the invoice, your bank or giro account number and the reason for the return. If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products to your bank account within 14 days.
